Personal, hands-on planning
We take time to understand your needs, demonstrate suitable options, and define responsibilities before you commit.
Personal attention, honest recommendations, and the technology expertise to bring your whole setup together.
We learn how your business runs: your staff, service flow, kitchen, customers, and day-to-day challenges. Then we help find a solution that fits.
We are not tied to a single POS brand. If our available solutions are not right for you, we will tell you—even when that means recommending you do not buy from us.
We take time to understand your needs, demonstrate suitable options, and define responsibilities before you commit.
Computers, peripherals, networks, connectivity, and troubleshooting are our foundation—not an afterthought to the POS sale.
Cayenne does not require you to process payments through us to buy POS services. We would welcome the opportunity: coordinating processing and POS can simplify support. But each platform has its own compatible processors and integrations, and processor-funded equipment offers may have separate commitments. We explain those limits before you choose.
Compare processing options ↗We compare fit, workflow, integrations, costs, and support. Platform availability and reseller arrangements are confirmed before quoting.
Explore Tabit as a distinct option with a demonstration and a review of your service workflow, hardware, and integration needs.
Review Foodhub separately, including the ordering channels, peripherals, and integrations your business needs.
Evaluate an Aldelo setup around your existing investment, operational requirements, and support needs.
Discuss Super Menu as another potential fit, with features, integrations, and availability verified for your proposed setup.
We can include Clover in an options discussion. Cayenne does not currently present it as a standard direct-sale offering; purchasing and support arrangements must be confirmed.
Bring POS and the IT around it into one coordinated relationship, with clearly defined scope.
Procurement, configuration, installation, and training
Wi-Fi, firewalls, primary connectivity, 4G/5G failover
Online ordering, kiosks, and compatible integrations
KDS screens, receipt/kitchen printers, scanners, drawers
Phone systems and call-flow planning
Wiring, cabling, and installation by agreed scope
Hardware options include all-in-one terminals, customer displays, cash drawers, scanners, and kitchen displays. Preferred hardware brands include Touch Dynamic, Posiflex, and Epson, with compatibility checked for the selected system.
Optional 4G/5G failover can help supported systems continue using a backup connection when the primary internet service fails. It does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: power, cellular coverage, carrier availability, POS requirements, and payment-processing behavior all matter.
Explore backup connectivity ↗No. Our focus is finding the best fit for your business, not steering you toward one brand. We get to know your workflow, needs, and budget, then compare suitable options. Some of the brands we work with include Tabit POS, Foodhub, Aldelo, SuperMenu, and Clover. If we do not have the right solution for you, we will tell you and, where possible, point you toward a better fit.
No. Cayenne does not require our processing service as a condition of buying POS services. Coordinating both can simplify support, but your chosen platform may limit compatible processors. Processor-funded equipment offers can also carry separate commitments.
We are an IT company first. Alongside the POS, we understand computers, peripherals, networking, connectivity, and troubleshooting. We can coordinate the surrounding technology as one scoped project rather than treating the checkout terminal in isolation.
We can scope hardware and software procurement, configuration, installation, networking, low-voltage wiring, phones, online ordering, kiosks, and kitchen displays. Compatibility, integrations, training, and ongoing support are confirmed for your selected setup.
No. Backup connectivity provides another path where supported, but power, signal, carrier service, equipment, and POS or processor behavior still matter. We plan and test the intended failover behavior rather than promise uninterrupted operation.
We use these details to narrow the right POS options—not to force one brand or processor.
