A business needed a coordinated touchscreen-and-scanner configuration. Cayenne prepared a tailored proposal for six white 21.5-inch commercial touchscreens, separate Android players, adjustable mounts, and white cordless 2D/QR scanners with stands.
The proposal brought together component sourcing, appearance, mounting compatibility, staging, configuration, and pre-deployment testing. It also separated optional final onsite setup and ongoing remote support from the hardware purchase.
