We work with businesses of different sizes and requirements. Cayenne VoIP is our recommended solution for many customers. If its features or functionality do not fit your needs, we work with major phone providers to compare suitable alternatives. We review call flows, integrations, support, contract terms, migration, and total cost to find the right fit for your business.
We explain the subscription, account fees, taxes, optional features, service commitment, and any one-time charges before you decide. We also review your network and emergency-calling location requirements. Internet and power availability affect phone service.
Yes. Cayenne VoIP is our recommended business phone solution for many customers. We start with your size, call flows, locations, integrations, and special requirements. If Cayenne VoIP does not provide the right features or functionality, our relationships with major phone providers let us compare alternatives and help you find the right fit. Your business needs guide the recommendation.
Yes—in most cases, you can keep your existing business numbers. We confirm portability, help gather the required account information, and coordinate the transfer. Keep your current service active until the transfer is complete. An unpaid balance does not by itself allow your existing provider to refuse a valid port, though you remain responsible for charges owed. Timing depends on the type of transfer and accurate account details; we confirm the schedule before switching.
Cayenne VoIP starts at $20 per user per month, with a two-user minimum ($40 per month base). Taxes and fees are additional. SMS, call recording, advanced call-center queues, and AI features are optional add-ons, where available, rather than part of the starting plan. Your proposal confirms the included features and any additional charges.
No. Your name and email are enough to start; your phone number, bill, and other context are optional. A recent bill is very helpful: it can reveal services, numbers, and charges you may want to retain. Together with a discussion of how you use your phones, it helps us compare the right features and plan a smoother migration. A bill may not list every feature, so we confirm important requirements with you. You can upload a PDF, JPG, or PNG through the secure form.
Phone systems have their own questions. Share what you know; estimates are perfectly fine.
