How we handle your information.
Information submitted through Cayenne’s website and service inquiry forms.
Information you choose to share
We collect the contact details and request information you enter so we can respond to sales inquiries and support requests. Name and email are required for inquiries; support requests also require company, phone, issue summary, priority, and description. Supporting documents are optional.
Document uploads
When enabled, uploads are limited to PDF, JPG, and PNG files. Files are sent to Cloudmersive for malware and content safety inspection. Accepted files are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and are accessible to authorized Cayenne staff. We do not attach uploaded documents to notification emails or publish download links. A scan reduces risk but does not guarantee safety or establish a document’s authenticity.
Upload only information you are authorized to share. Redact full card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, and unrelated personal or sensitive information. Contact us before sharing information that requires special handling.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, file storage, submission storage, email sending, and Turnstile bot checks. Cloudmersive inspects submitted files. These services process information to operate the website and respond to requests. Cayenne uses Microsoft 365 for its business email. We do not use submitted files for public AI tools or AI training as part of this upload flow.
Abuse protection uses the connecting IP address, email address, request timing, and security-check results. The application stores keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses in rate-limit counters. Infrastructure providers may maintain separate security and operational logs.
Use and retention
We use submissions to review your request, communicate with you, provide support or a proposal, and prevent abuse. Website submission records and uploaded files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Information copied to business email, a support system, or a client record may be retained separately for service, accounting, contractual, or legal needs.
Messages and third-party links
A form submission is not consent to unrelated marketing. We may reply regarding your request. Third-party services linked from this website, including remote-support downloads, have their own privacy practices.
Contact and requests
For questions about the information you submitted, or to request correction or deletion, email support@cayennecorp.com or call 718-704-0505. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
