Pricing & value

Fair pricing starts
with a clear scope.

Understand what you’re buying, what’s included, and how to compare proposals meaningfully.

The right plan for your environment.

Compare the offering, then the price.

Two quotes can look similar while covering very different things. Does the IT plan include user support, security, backups, and after-hours coverage? Is the hardware new or refurbished, and does it include the same specifications, warranty, setup, and support?

We help you understand the differences so you can choose the right value for your business. A lower price is useful when the offering fits your needs.

Cayenne offers defined service packages and focused à la carte options. The proposal identifies covered people and systems, service hours, security services, and separately quoted work.

What affects the cost?

Your users, devices, locations, infrastructure, support needs, and selected security services.

What is included?

The services explicitly listed in your proposal and agreement. We review the boundaries with you before you commit.

What might cost extra?

Hardware, onboarding, migrations, projects, onsite work, and after-hours coverage, depending on your agreement.

How do I compare MSP proposals?

Compare total recurring costs, required add-ons, coverage, security, backup responsibilities, support delivery, renewal, and offboarding terms.

Does the lowest price mean the best value?

A lower quote can be good value when it meets your needs. First check that the offers cover the same services, hardware, warranties, and support. A smaller scope or older equipment may explain the difference—and a cheaper quote can still be overpriced for what it includes. Compare what you receive and the total cost, not just the headline price.
